During her professional life, she has closely worked with Board level senior management for 10 years, either as a head or a member of various transformation projects. She has international work experience, was the head of transformation of one of the biggest international oil and gas company of Russia. She was a member of the several committees in her previous company as well as managed several direct and functional reports. Açelya was graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) from Civil Engineering Department and competed her M.Sc and PhD from Construction Engineering and Project Management. She also actively continues post-doctoral research in one of the most prestigious universities of United Kingdom. She has published various academic papers in prestigious journals / conferences

Alparslan has 20+ years experience in finance, bank relations, treasury, cash management, tax, working capital, budgeting, internal audit, IT and ERP, HR management and strategic planning. He has 10+ years experience as a board member in one of the biggest Holding of Europe, also served as a board member of various group companies of the Holding. He also actively involved in several committees in his previous company (i.e. Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Finance Committee etc). He has international work experience such as Russia, CIS countries, Africa, Netherlands and Germany. He also managed various corporate transformation projects, as a project sponsor. Alparslan was graduated from Boğaziçi University, Economics department as well as has a MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University. 

Rukiye has 20+ years experience in HR and talent management processes, including 360-degree evaluation, competency management, talent committees, career management process, assessment center, mentoring, coaching and talent acquisition and retention. She is a certified professional coach from Adler and other institutes. She has conducted + 1.000 talent and competency assessment meetings and prepared assessment reports. She worked as talent and HR director in mega companies such as Rönesans Holding, Türk Telekom, has also collaboratively worked with various international HR firms (i.e. Willis Towers Watson, HAY Group). Rukiye was graduated from Gazi University Economics Department as well as earned M.Sc about Human Resources Management and Career Counseling from Ankara University.

Serkan has more than 10 years experience in HR management processes, HR digitalization, HR organization and governance, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits management. He managed HR department of an internal company having more than 10.000 employees, both in Turkey and Russia. He managed various HR transformation projects in which he closely worked with Board level senior management of the top construction and development companies. Serkan was graduated from Banking and Financial Support Services of Bilkent University, and earned M.Sc in International Policy Analysis from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University of Japan.
