The objective was to strengthen internal capabilities, align the company’s structure with future growth ambitions, and provide strategic guidance based on a structured, data-driven evaluation. We measured maturity levels using a five-stage scale and translated findings into a comprehensive report. The report outlined each category’s current maturity level, highlighting key strengths and gaps.
  2. Target State Assessment: We conducted similar approach to understand the target state of the organization. This led to the identification of over 300 major and minor actionable improvement items.
  3. Roadmap for Transformation: We developed a phased growth roadmap and proposed implementation guidelines to support execution and progress monitoring. The roadmap included short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
